Yadavindra Gardens / Pinjore Gardens - Oldest Garden (HARYANA)

Yadavindra Gardens also know as  Pinjore Gardens,located in Pinjore city of Panchkula district in the Haryana. 
The Garden was renovated and formed by the name of Patiala Dynasty Jat Sikh Rulers"Maharaja Yadavindra Singh of Patiala".
it is classic example of the Mughal Gardens architectural style.



Yadavindra Gardens is supposedly the oldest and loveliest garden in North India.The Garden is spread Aprrox. 50 Acres.

This Garden is having four door in which only one is opened.

The garden has seven terraces, the highest first terrace,which has a palace built in Rajasthani–Mughal style called the 'Shish Mahal' and beside a romantic 'Hawa Mahal'.



 The second terrace is 'Rang Mahal' . The third terrace has cypress trees and flowerbeds leading to dense groves of fruit trees.
 The next terrace has the 'Jal Mahal' with a square fountain bed and a platform to relax. 
Fountains and tree groves are provided in the next terrace.The lowermost terrace has an open-air theater, which is designed as a disc-like structure.

The garden has been used for the Bollywood Films Shooting.

Festivals are arranged in the garden such as the Pinjore Baisakhi festival (spring festival) in April. Pinjore Mango Mela in July and Pinjore Heritage Festival in December are major annual clebrationa at the gardens.
